A. No. The Prosectra courses are designed to get the participant street ready in the least amount of time. We train your body incorporating its natural responses to danger so learning the techniques occurs almost immediately.

Q? I HAVE BEEN TRAINING KICK BOXING FOR 3 YEARS NOW, WHY DO I NEED TO ENROLL IN A PROSECTRA COURSE?
A. Sport styles of self-defense or fighting arts are excellent forms in their own right. The only drawback is you are training to fight against someone where the fight has been agreed to by both parties. In real life you never know when the fight is on and who else is going to get involved. Our courses are designed to give you the physical and psychological ability to survive a violent attack, an ambush by violent individuals who may or may not be armed. Prosectra programs delve deeply into the psychological survival and how to see danger and avoid it, rather than try to safely extract yourself from the middle of it.
Q? WILL I GET A CERTIFICATE OF ACCOMPLISHMENT ON COMPLETION OF A PROSECTRA COURSE?
A. Yes. After successfully completing any of Prosectras’ training courses you will be awarded an official Prosectra certificate.

A. Yes. All Prosectra training courses are designed for men and women excluding the Security for Women program which is designed entirely for women.

A. No. The Defensive Tactics program is designed entirely for security or law enforcement personnel.

A. No. You do not need to be physically fit to participate in any of Prosectras’ courses but having a basic level of physical fitness gives you an advantage in a real life situation.

A. Our Self-protection programs combine many different elements from many different self-defense systems. We incorporate techniques that are easy to learn and based on natural body movements.
