Neha Dubey
Neha Dubey – LL. B, BA, Advanced LL. M (Australia) Legal Counsel
Neha Dubey is a lawyer with extensive experience in various jurisdictions and the legal counsel for Prosectra. She is qualified as a sole practitioner in Western Australia and is a member of the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn, UK. She is a founding member of the Kidnap for Ransom Incident Management Programme Board.
From her office in Perth, Australia, Neha provides general civil litigation advice and specialised research in areas of international criminal law, international standards for procurement and anti-corruption and compliance. She is a partner of Modulaw, a law firm with offices in Vienna and Perth, specializing in the law of international organizations. Having worked in commercial litigation in top tier law firms in Australia, Hong Kong, and from her own practice in London, UK, Neha combines private sector experience with her experience as a legal expert working with International Aid Organizations and the United Nations.
Neha holds a Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Australia. She also holds an Advanced Master of Laws in Public International Law from Leiden University.
